How fast do orders ship?
Same-day if ordered before 14:00 ET on a business day. Otherwise next business day. ETAs are always shown at checkout based on your address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to 36 countries. Duties are calculated and included at checkout, so the price you see is what you pay.
What's your return policy?
30 days, no questions, on any item that's resellable. We pay return shipping in the continental US.
Is everything in stock?
If it's listed, it's in stock — or has a clearly marked backorder window. We don't sell vapor.
Do you offer warranty support?
Yes. Every product carries a 2-year warranty as standard, handled by us, not the manufacturer.
